Dapresy Pro Help Desk for Clients includes access to a web-based Help-Desk system and a personal telephone contact for individual advice and consultations on best practice and other Dapresy Pro questions.
Support requests will be answered by e-mail to helpdesk or telephone +46 760 19 89 42 within two working hours during Swedish-Calendar working days; office hours 8 AM to 5 PM (CET). Outside these hours support availability can be agreed on a project-by-project basis.
