 1. Data

Import the data

Import an SPSS .sav file from your data collection software and use Dapresy Pro’s web-based wizard to define the structure. This definition is saved and then used for subsequent imports. You can replace or add new data at any time, so you can even prepare this before the data collection has finished.

Edit data and set-up definitions

When you have imported the data file, it is easy edit the metadata  (defines the texts, chart colours, question types etc). You can also derive new variables, create grouped answer alternatives, define indexes and mean calculations – and much more.

This process of importing and editing the data and set-up definitions is relatively quick and easy for any market research professional to do, without requiring any technical help. Or you may find it more convenient for a data processing specialist to perform this task for you.

 2. Define online storyboards, portal and dashboards

In a few easy clicks, you design an online portal, dashboard, report or a 'storyboard' containing interactive tables and charts. If you wish, you can use our option StoryTeller module to include explanatory text, images, YouTube clicks or almost anything else you want to display.

  3. Set access rights and distribute

Finally, you set the access rights for each user or group of users, so they only see the information that is relevant to them. If you want, each person can be given their own bespoke view of the data. After that, all you need do is contact everyone (using the built-in email invitation facility if you wish) to provide them with their login credentials and the web link to their dynamic dashboards and online reports.

The consumers of your information can choose whether to explore it online or export to Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel or PDF files. PowerPoint slides or PDF files will share the same look and feel as the Dapresy Pro screens.
