GfK adopts Dapresy Pro as a solution for online reporting
GfK has just signed a global agreement with Dapresy to make Dapresy Pro a recommended solution for online reporting throughout the company. The GfK Group was looking for a reporting solution that would handle tracking surveys easily and would complement its extensive portfolio of existing research technologies.
We talked to Bruno Colin, GfK’s Global Managing Director, Technology and Operations about why GfK chose Dapresy Pro.
You must have reviewed quite a number of software products. What made you choose Dapresy Pro?
“GfK was looking for something new for the presentation of large tracking studies to multiple users. We were impressed with the efficiency of Dapresy Pro and the fact that it links so seamlessly to our data collection tools.”
What was it about Dapresy Pro’s efficiency that impressed you?
“I asked two GfK teams to run some tests to compare the efficiency of Dapresy Pro with our existing tools. Even though they only had one or two hours of training on Dapresy Pro and were very familiar with their existing tools, both teams reported impressive time savings.”
You mentioned integration with your other software as another important consideration.
“Yes. It’s really important. Dapresy Pro links to our existing solutions so well that we can seamlessly plug it into our software portfolio.”
What else did you see that makes Dapresy Pro particularly efficient to use?
“The administration of access rights for each user is very easy, so we can set different permissions for each person to ensure that they only receive the sections of the data or report that is appropriate to them.”
Finally, what have you found is it like working with Dapresy so far?
“Dapresy is a highly responsive company. Some big international companies take a long time to answer your questions and local companies just do not have the resources. Dapresy is just the right size. That is why we like working with them.”
