Implementation

As a new client of Dapresy you will get a dedicated implementation manager that is responsible for making sure that you are able to work optimal and that you have maximum use of the Survey Manager. We ensure that you get the required functionality, that your staff is adequately trained and that you reach the promised ROI. The implementation manager will always be there for you if you have questions or want to discuss how to solve a specific problem.

Project assistance

In case you need extra resources we can assist in all different parts of a survey. We can setup the entire project for you or you can chose in which parts you need help. Our professional consultants have knowledge and experience from data collection, data processing and reporting.

Training

Using Dapresy Survey Manager is very easy, but to ensure that your staff work in the most efficient way we offer training sessions with our consultants. We have training packages for all modules, survey project types and users. This makes it possible to tailor a training session for your company’s specific needs.
