We are looking for a new Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Portsmouth, NH-based team. As a Customer Success Manager at Dapresy, you will be a part of a team that advises market research agencies on utilizing our software to deliver research results to their customers. You will work closely with a number of customers to enable them to get the most from our software, Dapresy Pro, and to share best practices in how to visualize market research data in online dashboards. This is a very challenging and rewarding role that provides huge opportunities for personal growth.


Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Become a product expert
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop deep relationships
  • Demonstrated interest and proficiency in technology. Ability to learn new technology is key
  • Ability to teach/train others particularly in niche areas such as MR or Technology
  • Ability to work well and efficiently cross-functionally
  • Excellent listening, negotiating, and presenting skills
  • Strong Math skills/comfortability with math & data concepts
  • Market Research experience preferred
  • Customer Success/SaaS roles a plus
