Jilliane, can you introduce yourself?
I’m Jilliane Friel and currently the Vice President of Customer Success and Project Solutions at Dapresy North America. My main focus is on client experience and helping our teams deliver the best service they can through continuous improvement of internal processes.
What do you think is the key challenge for the MR industry today?
Adopting new technology. As a whole, the industry has been slow to adopt or take advantage of new possibilities made available through technological innovation. Convincing experienced professionals and clients to try something new seems to be a huge challenge, even when improvements and efficiencies can be demonstrated.
How do you think Dapresy helps in solving this challenge?
We try to be thought leaders in how to better leverage technology (not just our own!), specifically in reporting. Providing a framework for people to think about how their current state aligns (or not) with their clients’ needs and goals, for instance, can be a great aid in breaking down previously held notions and help open them up to new ideas. Alexander Skorka’s e-book is a great example of this.
Which accomplishment at Dapresy are you most proud of?
The growth of our staff here in North America and their dedication to improving their clients’ success and experience with us.
What do you think will be the key success factor for MR in the future?
Shifting more focus to the goals our customers truly have and leveraging technology to meet and exceed those expectations.
