Can you introduce yourself?
Hi! I’m Maria Söderqvist. I work as a Senior Project Manager in our office in Sweden. I love my work where I can be both creative and solve problems for my clients. I have worked at Dapresy for 8 years and have a total of 20 years within the market research industry.
What do you think is the key challenge for the MR industry today?
There is a lot going on now with new technologies like AI, multi-source reporting and eye-tracking. The industry needs to quickly embrace the new technologies to not fall behind.
How do you think Dapresy helps in solving this challenge?
Dapresy has never been afraid to look at new technologies and try to make use of them in the best way. We are always discussing new solutions and everybody in the company pitches in with new solutions and functions.
What accomplishment at Dapresy are you most proud of?
I have helped a lot of customers over the years to visualize their data, so it’s hard to pick just one. But if I have to pick one, it would be the Customer Experience dashboard we built for a major European airline company. We were a team with several project managers, developers, and designers who spent many months building the perfect tool for the client’s needs. It shows all touchpoints from different angles depending on the user’s position.
What do you think will be the key success factor for MR in the future?
I think the key factor is to provide important data in a quick and intuitive way to the correct decision-makers.
