Collecting Personal Information
Personal information is information that identifies you individually, such as your name, address, email address, company name, phone number, or other identifying information that is specific to you.
Dapresy needs to collect certain personal information when you request product materials or demos, register for a hosted webinar, sign up for our newsletter or ask to speak to a Dapresy representative. In this request or registration, you may provide us with name, industry, organization name, title/role and contact information, such as email address and telephone number.
We use your personal information for the following primary purposes:
- To quickly provide you with information on Dapresy’s products and services, including software updates.
- To connect you to a representative for further information or to request a demo.
- For webinar registration.
- To communicate with you about upcoming events and news.
From time to time, we may send you promotional emails or news about our company and our products which we think you may find interesting. These will be sent to you via email address or other contact details which you have provided. To opt-out of these, you can click on the unsubscribe link within the email marketing document.
Sharing your Personal Information
We do not share your personal information with outside partners or affiliates.
As with most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data.
Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by Dapresy. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, or tracking users’ movements around the site.
Dapresy will employ reasonable precautions to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Dapresy takes reasonable steps to help ensure that the personal information is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete and current. Employees who have access to such personal information shall be trained regarding this Policy, advised that they are responsible for fully complying with the privacy principles articulated in this Policy and instructed that any violations of these principles shall result in appropriate discipline up to and including termination.
While we take reasonable precautions against possible security breaches of our website and records no website or Internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee that un-authorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur.
