ROI – Are We Making an Impact?

Making an impact by creating a greater ROI is a goal we all strive for, and it makes excellent business sense. Yet, if we are going to be truly successful, impact must be directed towards an end goal and be measured closely to be understood. Otherwise, impact is just energy and money expended to make loud, useless noise.

In a major study conducted in late 2015 by the Boston Consulting Group, Cambiar, and Yale, results show powerful evidence that measuring ROI is essential for the health of the insight function, and yet only one-third of the corporate participants had a measurement system in place. Why is that?

At Dapresy, we take this topic seriously. By measuring customer satisfaction and loyalty/NPS, conducting one-on-one interviews on the topic of ROI, and hosting top-to-top client meetings to hear how we can provide greater value, we gain critical insights that make us a better company today and in the future.
